Traditionally kebabs was a dish was invented by medieval soldiers who used their swords to grill meat over open-field fires. Keeping this in mind we came up with a very traditional Indian Arabic concept with a modern touch. The space thus has earthy tones dominating the colour palette with pops and pinches of blues adding life to it. Some of the ideas the client had in mind included having a water feature and traditional Indian arches as a design element. We took their direction further and combined it with our vision of what we envisaged the space to be. The results is a reflection of ethnic royal meets trendy dining.
